Winston has the ability to fund loans up to $1 Million within three business days after complete loan approval. The loans are attractive investments for investors as it allows them to lend money, at a high rate of return, based on, and secured by, the equity in a particular property.  In addition, all loans are secured by a lien on the property.

Winston loans are based primarily on the equity in the property to be mortgaged and the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. LTV ratios are typically 60% and lower, depending on several factors, including but not limited to the location of the property, the condition of the property and the financial strength of the borrower. By placing a conservative value on the property, Winston strives to manage the potential risk and enhance the return of each loan.
